Program Description | Women on Boards: A 360 Perspective. Evidence continues to mount on the benefits of diversifying the board's membership with a focus on including women. Our panel will explore exactly what that means. What?s the real impact of having a woman on a board, and what are the different perspectives that they bring? Join us as we explore the subject from both the male and female viewpoint, as we discuss how board dynamics change with one, two, and more women on a board. Is public board service right for you? What else is out there and how do women find it?
Following the fireside chat, attendees will meet and collaborate with peers in roundtables to discuss the experience of being the first or lone woman in a leadership position, work environment or meeting.
